DEPOSIT
All bookings are subject to a £30 refundable deposit. This is to secure your booking.
This is paid through Paypal and is returned providing the tub has had no damage. Deposit will also be lost if you cancel without giving at least 1 weeks’ notice.
HOW LONG DO THEY TAKE TO SETUP?
Hot tubs take around half an hour to setup and then another 1.5 hours to fill.
They can usually be filled from the indoor hot tap as we have different adaptors. (There is not one tap we have been unable to connect to yet.)
WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED WITH THE TUB. HOW DO YOU EMPTY IT?
You don't need to do anything. Our hot tub guys will come out, drain, clean and take the tub away.
We just need access to electricity to be able to use our water pump
HOW DO WE KEEP THE WATER CLEAN?
All hot tubs are setup with a brand new filter.We treat the water with chlorine and then leave extra chemicals and instructions on using them.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY HOT TUB TO BE DELIVERED?
Hot tubs will usually be delivered after 4pm. They will be collected around the same time, so you have full use of the tub.
